Implementation, exceptional migration work, custom integrations, and independently requested assurance work are identified separately before signature.

No surprise activation

Trials, quotas, renewal dates, suspension rules, and entitlements are recorded in the tenant control plane. A module is not sold as available unless its production and acceptance gates are agreed.
